If you do not book our packing services, it is very important that you have all of your miscellaneous household items packed in boxes and ready to be loaded onto the moving truck on the day of your move. All of you furniture pieces should be clear of any other items, so that they can be blanketed, wrapped and loaded promptly.

Even though we love animals at Keep It Moving, live animals are not allowed on our trucks for their safety. It would be much safer and much more comfortable for your pet to be transported by another method.

Once you confirm that you will need to change the date of your move, you should contact one of our moving specialists so that they can assist you with rescheduling your moving services to the date you require.

Due to the high demand of our moving services, it would be best for you to schedule your moving services as soon as possible. You can always reschedule the date according to our rescheduling/cancellation policy, but it’s important to reserve your place in our system, so that we can accurately allocate resources to accommodate.

At Keep It Moving, we have expert packers that can handle all of your packing needs. By using our professional packing services, your move is effortless. We handle everything from packing all of your belongings and moving it your new place to unpacking all of your items for you. If you choose to do all of your packing, its important to begin packing at least 2 weeks prior to your move, but a month ahead will give your ample time to pack without rushing. With our packing services, we can pack your entire home as early as the day before your move.

Keep It Moving is licensed, insured and bonded for your protection and peace of mind. The safety of our customers is paramount and our movers are professionally trained moving experts. Our number one goal is to get your belongings to their destination and unloaded with zero damages, but in the event a situation arises you are protected when you move with Keep it Moving.

We can absolutely assist your with moving your vehicle. Just notify the representative when you book you move and we will make the necessary arraignments to move your vehicle.

Per our cancellation policy, you have up to 48 hours to cancel your move and receive a 100% refund of your deposit. You can cancel your move up to 24 hours before your scheduled move and receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 24 hours before your scheduled move, you will not receive a refund of your deposit, but you can reschedule. There will be a $40 administrative fee for rescheduling within 24 hours of your move.

With Keep It Moving, we treat all of your items as if they are family heirlooms. Every piece of furniture is expertly wrapped with blankets and extra strength, high grade clear wrap to ensure that nothing is damaged in the moving process. We take every precaution to protect your items. Our professional movers are put through rigorous training to equip them with all of the knowledge they need to move your belongings without damaging them.

We utilize the Chase Paymentech system to process all major credit cards and debit cards. If you need to pay in cash, you will be required to pay the two hour minimum and service fee upon the arrival of your movers. Under certain circumstances you may be required to pay more up front when paying with cash. You will be informed of that amount upon booking your move. We do not accept checks or money orders.

If we are unable to provide moving services due to poor weather conditions, we will make arraignments to reschedule your services to the next available date that will work for you. If we have to stop while in the process of moving, we will evaluate whether or not will be able to continue at a later time that day. If we will not be able to, we will resume your move the following day.

When you book with Keep It Moving, you will not pay a higher price for booking on the weekend. As a matter of fact, we do not charge any extra taxes or fees beyond those you are informed about prior to booking. We are a transparent, professional operation and we do not believe that our customers or any customer should ever pay unexpected charges. Honest and integrity is at the foundation of our company.

You will not be charged to reschedule your move unless you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your start time. In that case, you will be charged a $50 administrative fee. Our moving coordinators work diligently to ensure that all of our customers receive their services on schedule.

We can’t ensure that live plants will survive the moving process. In the enclosed box of the moving truck, temperatures can get very hot or cold depending on the season. If you need to schedule a specialty move to transport live plants specifically, inform your representative and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
