Great communication with booking staff. Super easy to book & pay. Staff was very professional and lead the way. Made moving easy and not stressful. I only Used for labor and bought 1 TV box (which was a great idea) did a good job packing the items I asked them to.

I’m an outside long haul carrier and I called them to help me and another employee unload into our clients house. Even though they sent three people they still charged me for only two and they were hard workers and got the job done. Super polite. I will use them again if I move someone to the area.

I needed a reliable company to help me move for my new job. I could Not have asked for a better company to help make one of the most stressful points in my life so easy. Sean, Micky, and Brett are incredible workers and fun guys to talk with. They did a great job keeping my belongings safe and were very time efficient. Also a shoutout to Josh for being very flexible and prompt with the communication. Will use these guys again!

They were so easy to work with. I had to reschedule and make some changes to my quote due to changing circumstances, and they were very accommodating. The movers were nice and packed and moved my things with care. The operations manager even stopped by to drop off packing supplies and he was very polite and professional. These guys definitely made my move a much easier and less stressful process.

I highly recommend this company. They do a good job with communication prior to and during your move. Their prices are reasonable and lower than much of the competition. The guys who moved our stuff worked hard and did a nice job protecting our furniture.

This was a GREAT moving company. I've used 2 others in the area previously and this was by far the most superb service. I moved in to an apartment complex with many elderly individuals and they actually complimented the movers because they "weren't clanging around and throwing things everywhere." The steps they had to climb were steep and awkward turning. There was one piece of furniture that couldn't fit into the doorway (not their fault) but they really did try to figure out a way to make it work. The only issue I had was (again, one of those flukes) was my move was scheduled for 10am and they didn't come until 5pm because of issues with a team that didn't show up. The only reason this really impacted me was the fact that I didn't know until 8pm that the sofa wouldn't fit into my apartment and with the storage unit being closed on Sunday (move was Saturday) I had to keep my truck an extra day with the sofa in it. Again, it was a fluke but worth mentioning in case it's something anyone sees as a pattern (what reviews are for, right?). I only wish the communication had been better - I had to call 4 times and wasn't getting calls back when they said they were checking in on time frame. However, it seemed like it was likely a stressful day because a team hadn't shown up. I promise I'm not a people pleaser - I truly think they did their best and the guys' attitudes after a long day and probably an extra move were still very upbeat and nice.I'll be using them again for sure.

Followup:Keep it Moving did follow up and successfully complete my move. The owner even came to my residence during the move to ensure everything went smoothly and I was completely satisfied. :)Unable to complete a move, needed a ramp, would come back within 5 days to complete. It’s been almost three weeks, have called 7 times and always told would have someone call back, you guessed it, not one call back, now they are not answering my calls.

At any business, it’s all about the people. I can’t say enough good things about Jeff, Michael, and Nathan. I observed the entire process and they took care of our belongings as if it was their own. No loafing or dragging around either, it was really, really hot and they hustled the entire time. In fact, I had to ask them to take a break. As far as being knowledgeable, these guys knew exactly what and how to do, from loading the truck and wrapping items that need it, to unloading and putting items back together and placing them where we wanted them. When we moved all of our belongings after the hurricane, we were in a bad way looking for a mover and ultimately made a bad choice. That company took 2 plus days (they had 3 guys too) and a lot of our money. These 3 guys from “Keep It Moving” did it in less than 8 hours. We are forever grateful for Jeff, Michael, and Nathan for a job well done, not to mention the camaraderie and teamwork they showed. They actually had a good time doing their job. Like I said, at any business, it’s all about the people. Thanks guys.

Keep it moving is definitely my "go-to" company. I've used them a couple times now and highly recommend them to anyone who it looking for more bang for their buck. Office staff, Josh, is thorough and really gives you an ease of mind. The moving crew were attentive and professional.
